Question 10: is God merciful?

And Yahweh passed over before his face, and called: Yahweh, Yahweh God, compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in bond-love and trueness. (Exodus 34:6)

For, as the height of the heavens is above the earth,
his bond-love hath been mighty over those fearing him;
as unto the distance of east from west,
he hath put far from us our transgressions;
as unto a father having compassion on sons,
Yahweh hath compassion on those fearing him. (Ps 103:11–13)
